We sent instructions on how to retrieve your tickets. OR follow the steps below. If you did not receive a copy of your tickets or your confirmation please email info@theisletoncrawdadfestival.com to request a copy.
There are TWO ways to retrieve your tickets. Choose your preferred method:
Download the app (preferred)
Note: If you do not already have an Eventbrite account, you will need to create an account on the app to be able to access your ticket. Please use the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets.
Access PDF Ticket
Access PDF tickets by logging into Eventbrite.com via a web browser and clicking on the tickets icon located on the upper right side of the page next to user profile icon (on desktop) or by selecting the tickets option from the menu under user profile (desktop and mobile). You can take a screenshot of the PDF or print it out to be scanned at the door for check-in.
Why did I not receive a copy of my ticket?
If you followed the two methods above and still don’t have access to your tickets, please email info@theisletoncrawdadfestival.com for assistance.
Is it possible to use a credit card to purchase my entry ticket?
Yes, all credit cards are accepted online for ticket purchases (which we highly recommend), and cash is also accepted on-site.
Where can I park? or What parking arrangements are available?
We offer various parking options: Regular parking for $12, preferred parking for $25, motorcycle parking for $20, and RV parking for $40. Spaces are limited. See more

What is the age restriction and ID required for festival entry?
No ID is required for entry. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by adults.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket for entry to the festival?
No, customers will receive a QR code upon purchasing tickets online, which can be scanned at the gate for entry.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds for purchased tickets.
Are dogs allowed?
Service animals ONLY.
