Please be aware that all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If the Festival is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events or other incidents outside our control, it will be rescheduled.

Regrettably, pets cannot be admitted to the festival grounds, with the exception of service animals.

Visitors may bring folding chairs, but only in specified areas.

We strictly prohibit bringing picnic coolers, baskets, and any external food or beverages into the festival area. All consumables must be bought on-site. Visit our Info page at for a list of other banned items.

Please note, all food is prepared and provided by independent vendors, who bear full responsibility for their offerings, not the Festival.

Similarly, all services and products available at the Festival are the responsibility of independent vendors, not the Festival itself.

Be aware that acts, pricing, bands, attractions, and operating hours may vary.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult after 8:00 PM.

Additional charges may apply for rides, games, food, and certain activities.

Alcohol consumption is restricted to individuals over 21 with appropriate wristbands.

Alcohol brought from outside or taken out of the festival boundaries is strictly forbidden.

Any commercial activity or solicitation on the festival premises requires prior approval from festival management.

The Festival reserves the right to deny service to anyone.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

The Festival is not liable for any inaccuracies, incompleteness, or outdated information provided on the site, as event details are subject to change and updates are made accordingly. The content on this site is intended for general information and should not be the sole basis for decision-making. Use of this information is at your own risk.

The Festival may alter site content at any time without obligation to update information. Monitoring changes to our site is your responsibility.

Additional Terms and Conditions

By attending the event, ticket holders agree to be filmed, photographed, and recorded as part of the audience. The resulting footage, images, and recordings may be used for promoting The Crawdad Festival in various media forms and websites. This content remains our property and can be used for our promotional purposes.

Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws, safety guidelines, and regulations. Any violation of these terms, or any behavior causing damage, nuisance, or injury, gives The Isleton Crawdad Festival, including its security, volunteers, staff, and organizers, the right to remove the attendee(s) from the event site without a refund.
